  • Never use un-qualified tradesmen
  • Never use un-insured tradesmen.
  • Never use tradesmen who do not put their name, address and home telephone number on their business cards or who are reluctant to give you these details.
  • If purchasing bathroom products on the internet always ensure that the items are insured during transit. We have had many instances of customer's who have purchased via the internet, arrived damaged and because the goods were not insured they have no re-course. They have then had to purchase the items again!
  • If purchasing via the internet, ensure that you are fully aware of the guarantee policy and that any item's needing to be returned are not at your expence!
  • Always ensure that you obtain an accurate and fixed price for your plumbing work.
  • If you need any bathroom item moved from it's existing position make sure that the plumber is fully aware before he commence's the installation and that the extra work is quoted for.
  • Always ask for the installation quote in writing.
  • Ask for testimonials and check them.
